These Terms of Service govern your use of LoopCraft. By creating an account or purchasing content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. LoopCraft may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Presets are licensed to buyers for personal use. Redistribution, resale, or publication of purchased files is prohibited. Creators retain ownership of their uploaded content and grant LoopCraft a non-exclusive license to host and display it on the platform.
Purchases are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Prices are shown in your local currency where possible. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. LoopCraft does not store payment card details.
All sales are final. Presets and Academy access are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, so purchases are non-refundable once access is provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you were charged in error or a file is defective, contact contact@loopcraft.site.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or hateful. You agree not to scrape, probe, or abuse the platform. Creators must not misrepresent their credentials or impersonate others.
LoopCraft is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may close your account at any time from your settings page. LoopCraft may terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations with notice, except where immediate action is required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you are a rights holder and believe a user-uploaded preset infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, email contact@loopcraft.site with identification of the work you own and the infringing item on LoopCraft (such as the preset name or page link), enough detail for us to locate it, and your contact information. We will promptly review the report, remove content we determine to be infringing, and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
To protect artists, every purchased preset download is personalized to your order: the files carry an encrypted order reference and include a license file naming your order. No personal data is embedded in the files — the reference is readable only by LoopCraft. If a purchased file is redistributed, we may trace it to the originating order, remove the content, send takedown notices to wherever it is hosted, and suspend or terminate the responsible account. By selling on LoopCraft, creators authorize us to issue such takedown notices on their behalf against unauthorized copies of their content.
